Dr. Ludmer received his B.A. from U.C. Los Angeles, his M.D. from U.C. San Francisco, and completed his cardiology training at Harvard. A recognized leader in the field of arrhythmia treatment including pacemakers and implantable defibrillators, Dr. Ludmer is the Founder and Co-Director of East Bay Arrhythmia and Electrophysiology Center. He also directs the cardiac electrophysiology and ablation programs at the Mt. Diablo and Summit medical centers.
