Dr. Krouse received his B.A. from Santa Clara University, his M.D. from Creighton University and completed his cardiology training at Brooke Army Medical Center in San Antonio.
In the East Bay, he pioneered the radial artery approach for catheterization and intervention, and is one of the most experienced interventionalists in Contra Costa county. He currently serves as director of the Catheterization Lab at John Muir Medical Center's Walnut Creek Campus.
Dr. Krouse has been a leading force in the development of the John Muir Cardiovascular Institute and is thrilled to begin providing services there.
Dr. Krouse and his wife Mary live in Diablo; they have three grown children but no grandchildren... yet. He enjoys golf and attending local sporting events.
He practices at our San Ramon and Walnut Creek offices as well as San Ramon Regional Medical Center and John Muir Medical Center's Walnut Creek and Concord campuses.
