Dr. Wulff completed his B.A. at U.C. Santa Barbara, his M.D. at Tulane University, and his cardiology training at UCLA. Recognized for his expertise in coronary and peripheral intervention and heart failure, he established the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory at ValleyCare Medical Center in Pleasanton and served as its first director.
In addition to his committment to the treatment of arterial vascular disease, Dr. Wulff established the first Bay Area Interventional Cardiology practice devoted to the treatment of venous disease including both endovascular ablation and sclerotherapy.
