CCMG is pleased to announce the addition of Dr. Anurag Gupta to our Contra Costa division.

Dr. Gupta joined us in August 2010 after completing a cardiac electrophysiology fellowship at Stanford Hospital and Clinics in Palo Alto, California.

Dr. Gupta earned his B.S. from Stanford University and his M.D. from Harvard Medical School.  After internship and residency at Boston’s Brigham and Women’s Hospital he performed his cardiology and electrophysiology fellowships at Stanford Hospital and Clinics.

Dr. Gupta's area of expertise is the diagnosis and treatment of all arrhythmias including specialized training in new catheter ablation strategies for ventricular tachycardia and atrial fibrillation, as well as implantation of pacemakers and defibrillators for the management of arrhythmias and congestive heart failure.
